Understanding the Needs of the Residents

The initial phase involves engaging with the current residents of the building or society to comprehend their requirements and expectations clearly.

Conducting an In-depth Location Analysis

Following the comprehension of residents' expectations, a team conducts a comprehensive study of the site and its surrounding neighborhood to gain insights.

Preparing the Redevelopment Blueprint

This stage focuses on drafting a blueprint outlining the redevelopment plans, including proposed designs for both indoor and outdoor spaces.

Fine-tuning the Proposal as per PMC Framework

Once the designs are formulated, they undergo alignment with the regulations and guidelines set forth by the PMC, with necessary adjustments made accordingly

Registration of Legal Agreement with the Housing Society

Upon ensuring compliance with PMC guidelines, a formal legal agreement is established with the housing society to initiate the redevelopment process.

Obtaining Approvals from PMC

Following the legal agreement, the necessary approvals for construction are sought from the relevant departments within the PMC.

Shifting of Residents Prior to Site Takeover

Before the commencement of redevelopment activities, arrangements are made to relocate existing residents to suitable accommodations to ensure their comfort.

Commencing Redevelopment as per Sanctioned Plan

Once residents have been relocated and all approvals obtained, demolition and construction work begin according to the sanctioned plan approved by the PMC.

Availing Occupancy and Completion Certificates

Upon completion of redevelopment work in accordance with the approved plan, applications are submitted to the authorities for occupancy and completion certificates.

Handover of Homes with New Member Inductions

A celebratory handover ceremony is organized at the newly constructed building, extending a warm welcome to both existing and new members of the society.
